You may use the <Inquiry> button on the Affidavit Entry/Match prompt window to select from a list of estimates or affidavits.
Looking up Estimates
After keying the station/band, client and product for an affidavit, click <Inquiry> to display a list of estimates for the client/product which have buys entered. This list includes the estimate flight dates. Highlight an estimate and click the Next icon to retrieve the estimate code to the prompt window.
Looking up Affidavits
After keying the station/band, client, product and estimate, click <Inquiry> to display a list of existing affidavits. Highlight an affidavit and click the Next icon to display the detail window for that affidavit.
