When you enter multiple manually matched affidavits for the same buy, you must select the spots to clear against each affidavit. After you key the required information and click <Clear>, as explained in Clear Manually Matched Affidavits, a window displays for selecting the spots to match to the first affidavit. Buy line entries are shown at the left side of the screen under the heading ”Select Buy Lines to Clear.” The number of spots ordered for that buy line display by week beginning date on the right.
To assign spots to the affidavit:
For each buy line/week, key the number of spots to be assigned to this affidavit to the left of the uncleared spots for the buy line/week.
When the entered amount equals the affidavit amount, click the Next icon 
to assign spots to the next affidavit, or click <Clear> if all spots have been assigned to affidavits.
Note: If there is only one more affidavit, you may click the Save icon 
to assign all the remaining spots to the next affidavit and clear all the affidavits.
