From the Contents tab, click the plus sign beside each book to open it. Click topic to display instructions.
The Help System contains an overview and quick steps to complete a task. Field descriptions are provided for some entry windows.

To search for information, click the Search tab. Key the word or phrase in the search field then press <Enter>. All topics that contain the word(s) you keyed are listed.
Click a topic to display instructions.
Printing a Topic
PC Users:
Right click anywhere in the topic you want to print.
Select Print from the popup menu.
Select Only the selected frame.
Click <OK>.
MAC Users:
Right click anywhere in the topic you want to print.
Select Print from the File menu.
Select printer settings then click <Print>.
Returning to a Previous Topic
PC Users:
Right click anywhere in the topic.
Select Back from the popup menu.
MAC Users:
Select Back from the Go menu.
Field Descriptions
For certain entry windows, the Help system provides additional detail on how to complete each field.
To display field level help, click the <Fields> button on the associated Help topic page.
Click the field name to display the detail.
