Account Schemes Headings

You may set up as many column headings as you need for both Travel and Entertainment types. Afterwards, the system prints as many columns as you create along with the column titles which you provide. Each column has a total column, as well as a grand total column for the entire report.

1. Select AdExpense|Database|Headings.

2. Select the type of expense for which you want to set up a heading from the Type drop-down list.

3. If you need to add more columns for an expense type, click the Add icon .

4. Key a description for each column heading then click the Save icon .
