Client Expense GL Reports

This option allows you to print a Client Expense Report showing accounts for which you entered a client code at time of posting, whether the client code was required or optional. The Client Expense report includes information from all subsidiary systems (i.e., Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, Production, and Media.) as well as journal entries. If an account with optional client coding is included in this report, the actual amount of this particular account may not reflect its full activity. Mandatory client code allocation for an account is determined at the time of setting up that account in the General Ledger Profile.
  1. Select General Ledger|Reports|Client Expense G/L Reports.
