Copy Agency Profile

This option should only be used if you are installing a new company or office. You should not be using this option if you are installing your first company/office. This function copies the Agency Profile from a previously created company/office to a new company/office. The new company/office codes must already be created. Be sure you are signed on to the company/office you are copying from when using this function.
  1. Select Central Data Base|Installation Options|Copy Agency Profile

 Copy Agency Profile Prompt

  1. The Prompt informs you that you will be copying from the sign on company/office for verification.

  2. Key the company/office to which you want to copy information in the “Enter Company/Office to Copy To” field. The system will verify that you have created this company/office when you click the Next icon.

  3. Click the Next icon. The system begins creating the new company’s Agency Profile after verifying that the new company/office was created.
