Report Footer Maintenance

This option allows you to set up the text or the logo you want displayed in footers of Invoices, Purchase Orders, Estimates, Competitive Estimates, etc. Text or the logo may be set up at a company/office level or a client, client/level 2, or client/level 2/level3. Also, you may import a scanned/saved signature for use with OOH Contracts.
  1. Select Admin|Footer Maintenance.

  1. Key the Company/Office for which you are setting up footer text/logos if you want to make footers company specific. To make footers consistent for all companies/offices, leave these fields blank.

  2. Key a Language code then to set up the text or logo at a client level, key the client code. If the client is set up at a Level 2/Level 3, key those codes in the applicable fields.

  3. From the Report ID drop-down list, select the applicable form for which you want to set up footer text/images. Select OOH Contracts to import a scanned/saved signature.

  4. From the Content drop-down list, select either Text or Image and click the Next icon next.gif.

  1. If you selected Text, click the Counter icon counter.gif and select the applicable number of lines from the drop-down list. Click the Add icon add.gif to add the selected number of lines to the window then key the text you want to appear on footers.

  1. If you selected Image, key the File Name of the logo/signature or click <Browse> and select the applicable file. If you have selected a signature file, review the signature to ensure it is correct, then click Save. When the signature displays, click Yes from the Use Image dropdown. You may have to resize the signature file. When the PDF of the OOH contract displays, the signature will display on the last page of activity, before the Terms and Conditions.

  2. Click the Dpi Image check box if your footer image was scanned at a 300 dpi resolution. If your footer image was scanned at a different dpi resolution, leave the 300 Dpi check box blank. In either case, your footer's image size will be calculated and uploaded as scanned and made available to display on documents for both PDF and HTML output.

Note: The maximum size for logos should be no more than 512k.

  1. Click the Image Position drop-down list and select the appropriate position (Left, Right, Center) that you want your footer's image placed on forms.

  2. Click the Save icon save.gif.
