OOH Reports Terms and Conditions

Your company has very specific Terms and Conditions when contracting with a vendor for Out-of-Home advertising. The Terms and Conditions option is located in Central Database | Admin | Report Terms and Conditions.

Corporate Terms

  1. On the Prompt window, you do not need to fill in Company, Office, Language, Client, Division (Product), or codes.

  2. Choose the type of contract Report ID for these Terms and Conditions.

  3. Click the Next icon to display the Comment Entry window.

Note:  Terms and Conditions that you create at each level, e.g., NO company, Company, Office, only print on a contract ordered for the same set of fields. AdVault Out-of-Home does not currently use Language, Division or Codes.

Company or Company/Office Level

  1. For Company, fill in this field only.

  2. For Company/Office fill in both fields.

  3. From the Report ID drop-down list, select one of these: OOH Contract, Posting Alert, Shipping Instructions or Client Authorization Report.

  4. Click the Next icon to display the Detail window to create your lines of detailed terms and conditions. These lines of text do not wrap on this entry window, so plan your text lines accordingly.

  5. To add more fields for the text, select the number of lines from the dropdown, then click the Add icon.

  6. When finished, click Save.
