Market Group Definition

Use this option to define groups of markets for use in buying, billing, paying and reporting. For instance, you can use a market group in requesting the Client Activity Report when you want to limit the report to a group of selected markets.

To define a market group:

1. Select Database|Market Group Definition.

2. If the market group is to be used for a specific client only, key the client code.

3. Key the group code, then click the Next icon .

4. On the detail window, key a description for the group.

5. Use the Add icon to add rows for entering markets to be assigned to the group.

6. Key one market per row, then click the Save icon to save the group.

To remove a market from the group:

1. Click the check box to the left of the market code, then click the Remove icon .

2. Click the Save icon to save the change.

To delete the entire group, click the Delete icon .
