Client Bill Rate and CPM Explained

If your agency negotiates a specific bill rate for buying activity for any of the three Media Buy Modules, you would key that billing rate in the Client Bill Rate field.  The Buy Module uses the Qty and Client Bill Rate to calculate the Client Billable. This calculation overrides the Billing Formula in the Client Billing Profile.

Calculating the CPM

For Interactive or for Direct Mail, this Client Bill Rate may be a fixed rate per 1,000. When you if you select one of these CPM Rate Qualifiers from the dropdown, the Client Billable will compute that figure by dividing the quantity by 1000 and multiply by the Client Bill Rate to derive the Gross or Net ordered dollars.  Again, this overrides the Client Billing Profile Billing Formula.
