Vendor Frequency Definition

Use this option to establish codes for vendor frequencies to be used throughout the Print System. These codes indicate how often a publication is issued and must be defined before you may define vendors, make buys, establish contracts or pay through vendor representatives. If you do not have authority to this option, you may select Vendor Frequency Inquiry to view the frequency definitions.

To define editions:

1. Select Admin | Vendor Frequencies Definition.

2. Click the Add icon  one or more times to add one or more blank rows.

3. For each edition being defined, key the Frequency Code and Frequency Name on one row.

4. Click the Save icon  to save the frequency definitions and return to the previous page.

To remove an frequency code so that it is no longer available for use in Print.

1. Follow the first three steps above, then click the check box to the left of each frequency to be removed.

2. Click the Remove icon  .

3. Click the Save icon to save the change and return to the previous page.
