Premium Codes Definition

Use this option to establish codes that can be entered in the Print Buy module to explain premiums. Premium codes are used to define additional costs, such as tip-in charges, that are in addition to the cost of the buy. If you do not have authority to this option, you may select Premium Inquiry to view the premium definitions.

To define premium codes:

  1. Select Admin|Premium Codes Definition.

  1. Click the Add icon add.gif one or more times to add one or more blank rows.

  2. For each premium being defined, key the Premium Code and Premium Name on one row.

  3. Click the Save icon save.gif to save the premium code definitions and return to the previous page.

To remove a premium code so that it is no longer available for use in PRINT:

  1. Select Admin|Premium Codes Definition.

  2. Click the check box to the left of each premium to be removed.

  3. Click the Remove icon remove.gif.

  4. Click the Save icon to save the change and return to the previous page.
