Location Definition

This option enables you to define location ID code, Space Descriptor (free form text such as intersections of streets and roadways to further define Location ID), and Material Type, and indicate whether the media is illuminated. All of this flows into the Buy Module when you key the Location ID code and <Save> the worksheet. The Location ID code is by Vendor, Submarket, and Media type. It also enables you to store Longitude and Latitude positions for positioning, and add additional free-form comments that do not print on reports.
  1. Select Admin|Location Definition.

  2. On the Prompt window, type or choose from a list, the vendor who is responsible for this location. The remaining fields are optional.
