To give an office authority to a client:
Sign on to the client's owning company/office.
Select Admin|Client/Office Authorization.
Key the Client code and click the Next icon
to display the Detail window.

Click the Add icon
one or more times to add one or more blank rows.
For each office being given authority to this client, key the Company and Office codes.
Click the Save icon to save.
To remove an authority:
Follow the first three steps above, then click the check box to the left of each Company/Office authority to be removed.
Click the Remove icon .
Click the Save icon to save the change and return to the previous page.
