Some windows display lists of data in tables that may be sorted by clicking on column headings.
The data is originally sorted from left to right, i.e. by the data in the first column to the left, then by the next column, etc.
To sort the list by a different column, click on that column heading. A triangle displays in the column heading to indicate the direction of the sort.
One click sorts a column from ascending order with the triangle pointing up. A second click reverses the sort and displays the triangle pointing down. A third click removes the sort by that column and the triangle disappears.
After clicking one or more times on one column, you may click on one or more other column headings to also sort by those columns. The sort is again from left to right, but now only by the selected columns.
Once you click on a column, any columns you have not clicked on are not used in sorting the data.
To return to the initial sort, if you are using the Buy Module, you may click in the Worksheet Totals area, then return to the Data Columns area. Otherwise, if your are using another option, you must exit the window and return.
