The Job Status icon, on the blue icon bar of all AdVault® applications, displays the View Active Jobs window showing the processing status of submitted jobs. The Job Name and Job Number (sequence number assigned to the job by the server) describe each individual job. Connection identifies your User ID used by the server, an administrator might see *ALL displayed.
If you do not yet see the job you submitted, click the Refresh icon intermittently until it displays. The All checkbox, when you click to select and click Refresh, displays all currently processing jobs as well as all completed jobs. To limit display to currently processing jobs, accept the default view with the All box unchecked.
The Types and Status terms are described in the tables below. Description may be blank, but may show an action that you need to take, such as the note that a message that may be waiting and you need to take the appropriate steps. The date and time display for each submitted job.
On this Active Jobs window, the Refresh icon updates the display with new jobs that have joined the queue, as well as updates the processing status of existing jobs. Click the Refresh icon as needed to show the most current job activity.
To view completed jobs as well: click the All function option button then click the Refresh icon to see all currently processing jobs. To return to currently processing jobs unclick the check in the All checkbox and click the Refresh icon.

Both types of Message Waiting and JOBQ HELD alert you when a job has stopped processing or was placed on Hold. To see all related messages pertaining to a job with one of these statuses, click the radio button beside the Job Name then click the Next icon to display all messages.
