View Available Audience Data

Network's research options can use for its reports any of the Nielsen survey types currently available in the Network system. You can use the View Available Audience Data option to view a listing of the rating surveys that are currently available. Keep in mind that only Nielsen data is available for networks and syndicators.

To access this option, select Research | View Available Audience Data.

Available Data Display Window

• If you want to see overnight audience data, click the Overnight Data button.

Display Overnights Status Window

The Display Overnights Status table allows you to see at a glance the Overnight preliminary ratings collected and available in the Network system. It lists the Report date, Report Description, Date Updated, and the Time Updated.  

• If you want to single out data that has been updated recently, type a number in the Highlight reports updated in the past days text box and press [Enter].

You can use the Data Load Schedule option to view the schedule when each type of Nielsen information used by the research options is loaded into the Network system.
