ISCI Definition Estimate/Market

An ISCI must have a product assigned, but an estimate or market is optional. You may define separate ISCIs for each combination of product, product/estimate, product/market, and product/estimate/market. For each combination, the same ISCI may not have overlapping release and recall dates. However, the dates may overlap with an ISCI defined for a different combination. Refer to Copy an ISCI for more information. Click the Print icon print.gif to print the information on the window.

To define an ISCI at the estimate and/or market level:

  1. Select Traffic|ISCI Definition.

  2. Select Estimate/Market from the ISCI Level drop down box.

  3. Key the media, client, and product or product split codes for the ISCI.

  4. To limit the list that displays and set estimate and/or market defaults on the detail window, key an estimate and/or market.

  5. To limit the list that displays and set release and/or recall defaults for the detail window, key a release and/or recall date. For limiting purposes, these fields do not actually refer to the ISCI release and recall dates. Instead, the list will display all ISCIs which are valid for any date within the time range specified.

  6. Click the Next icon next.gif to display the Estimate and/or Market ISCI Definition detail window.

  7. To sort the data or advance the display, refer to Sort Data in a Table and Positioners.

  8. In the Product ISCI section of the window, key the required fields for the product level ISCI if it has not yet been defined. If it already exists, the fields are display only and may not be changed. Refer to ISCI Definition Product Detail for more information about defining product level ISCI codes.

  9. Click the Add icon add.gif to add a line, or select an existing line and click the Copy icon copy.gif to copy that line. Refer to Copy an ISCI.

  10. Key the required fields for the estimate and/or market level ISCI. Click the <Fields> button at the bottom of this help page for more information on each field.

  11. Click the Save icon save.gif  to save all changes.
