Clicking the MSG button on the Multi-Market Goal Worksheet displays the Send Message dialog box which provides you with the capability to send an Instant Messages to other MediaBank A|V Broadcast users concerning markets or the estimate.
Select a Market or use Ctrl+Click or Shift+Click to select multiple Markets.
Click the Continue button to display the Send Message form.
Key the UserID for one or more users, separating each by a comma.
Select the text field to type your message.
Select the Alert check box to make this message an alert.
Click the Send button to send the message.
Click OK in the confirmation dialog box that appears.
You'll then return to the Multi-market Goal Worksheet window.
