Comment Entry

To enter either Station comments or Buy Line comments on a buy, you'll access and use the Comment Entry dialog box:

• For Station comments

  1. Select Station Comments from the Functions menu and click <Apply>.

  2. In the resulting dialog box, select the station to which the comments apply, and click <Next>.

   

• For Buy Line comments

  1. 1. Select the row to which the comments apply.

     2. Select Buy Line Comments from the Functions menu and click <Apply>.

  OR

  Locate and click the cell in the C column for the row to which the comments apply.

   

3. Type your comments in the appropriate panel in Comment Entry dialog box.

   Key a standard comment code and click <Retrieve> to retrieve standard comments.

4. Click <OK> to save the comments and close the dialog box.

As you type in your comments,

• To let comments wrap, key comments without pressing <Enter> until the end of the last line.

• To begin a new row, press <Enter>. You must press <Enter> after the last line as well.

• To leave a blank line between comment lines, key a period on the line then press <Enter> to advance to the next line.
