Retrieve Changed Demos

If the demos on an estimate are changed after a proposed worksheet is created, a warning will display the next time you retrieve the worksheet. A warning also displays if the demos differ when you assign an estimate to an existing proposed worksheet. To retrieve the estimate demos into the worksheet, you must copy the worksheet to a new worksheet code.

To  copy a worksheet to a new worksheet code:

  1. Click <OK> in the warning dialog box. The requested worksheet is retrieved.

  2. Click <Clear All> and click <Yes> to close the worksheet.

  3. Select the Approve/Copy/Delete tab.

  4. Retrieve the proposed worksheet. See Retrieve Worksheets to Approve/Copy/Delete for instructions.

  5. Select the worksheet you want and then click <Copy>.

  6. When the Start Up tab displays, key the same media, client, product, estimate and market as on the original worksheet and then key a new worksheet code and description.

  7. Click <Get Worksheet>.

The new worksheet will contain the demos currently defined for the estimate and new estimated audience figures based on new demos and the existing estimated book.
