Saving and loading Preferences

The Preferences tab allows you to create multiple sets of preferences. You can then load any set of preferences at any time to reconfigure your worksheet display. You can also delete a set of preferences that you no longer need.

To save preference settings:

  1. Type a name for your preference settings in the text box.

  2. Click the <Save> button.

To load saved preference settings:

  1. Select the preference setting name from the drop down list box.

  2. Click the <Reload> button. When you do so, the preference settings are automatically applied to the worksheet.

To delete saved preference settings:

  1. Select the preference setting name from the drop down list box.

  2. Press the <Delete> button.
