Invoices
For Pandora Users.
- The seller must send invoices that contain the media, client, estimate,
product, and station. They must also include a date, time, length
and cost for each spot. The date provided on the invoice will
correspond to the spot(s) in the system. If a spot represents
the week, the date will likely be the Monday day of the week represented
by the buyline. The invoice time will be provided, as it is required
by the electronic specification. The invoice time in this context,
however, has no real meaning for digital buys.
- If the Seller can write to the 4A’s invoice spec they can send
the invoice electronically.
- If the invoice is not sent electronically, it can be entered
in manually in the Affidavit Entry/Match program. Refer to your
online Help for Affidavit Entry/Match instructions
- For ODS (on-demand spot) Invoices impression and rating proof of
performance is strongly recommended. The electronic invoice
specification has been modified to allow vendors to send actual impressions
or ratings.
- An invoice may reference impressions and ratings for a single
demo.
- The ordered impressions/ratings by spot shall be applied to
each invoice spot as a demographic override. NOTE – At this time,
Pandora will only send Impression delivery via the electronic
invoice.
- Mediaocean A|V Broadcast users will use the Import EDI Affidavit
option to import invoices into the system or go through a FTP site.
