PDF Layout

By default the Ad Hoc Inquiry PDF report is formatted according to a set of standard layout settings.

However, you can use the controls on the PDF Layout tab to customize the appearance of your PDF report by adding headers and footers and altering a few other settings. Keep in mind that choosing any one of the custom options overrides all of the standard layout settings.

Before you begin making changes on the PDF Layout tab, you should select the Print View tab to take a look at the default layout.

Applying the PDF Layout

  1. Click the Apply button.

  2. Select the Print View tab to see the results.

Clearing the PDF Layout

  1. Click the Clear All button.

Saving the PDF Layout

  1. Type a name for your PDF Layout in the text box in the Formats section.

  2. If you have applied filters on the Filters tab and want to save them along with your PDF Layout, select the Persist Filters check box.

  3. Click the Save button.

Loading a saved PDF Layout

  1. Select the PDF Layout name from the drop down in the Formats section.

  2. Click the Reload button.

  3. Click the Apply button.

  4. Select the Print View tab to see the results.

Deleting a saved PDF Layout

  1. Select the PDF Layout name from the drop down in the Formats section.

  2. Click the Delete button.
