on the MediaBank A|V toolbar.The MediaBank A|V system provides you with an Instant Messaging system to allow you to quickly and easily communicate with other users.
In some of the Broadcast options, you'll find a Message button that will allow you to send messages about specific operations. You can also create and send messages by clicking the Messages icon on the MediaBank A|V toolbar.
When you have a new message, the Messages icon slowly rotates. If the message was sent as an Alert, a pop up will also display.
Click the Messages icon or button to display a list of all messages along with the subject, origin and date and time it was sent.
To view a message, select the check box and click the View Selected Messages icon 
.
When the message is displayed, click the Get Next Messages icon 
to display the next message you selected.
To delete messages, select the message(s) you want to delete then click the Delete icon
