Estimate List

This option allows you to print a listing of estimates defined in Estimate Definition. A list may be requested for one or all clients/groups, as well as one or all products/groups. The list prints by client, in alphabetical order. You may limit the list to a specific date range or to estimates which were last updated within a specified date range.

Estimate List Window

1. Key or Lookup a Media code.

2. Key or Lookup a Client, Client Group, or select the All Clients check box.

3. Key or Lookup an Estimate, Estimate Group, or select the All Estimates check box.

4. Key or Lookup a Product, Product Group, or select the All Products check box.

5. Key or use the Broadcast Calendar Lookup to specify the Start and End Dates.

6. Use the Date Usage drop down menu to select the appropriate option.

   • Estimate Header Dates - Prints a list of all estimates with flight dates that fall within the default or specified date range.

   • Estimate Add/Change Dates - Limits the list to estimates that were last updated within the specified date range.

7. Key or Lookup an Estimate Type code or select the All Estimate Types check box.

8. Accept or change the Report Formatting Options.

9. Click the Submit button to submit your request.

10. Click the Reports icon in the Broadcast toolbar to view the report.
