Once the EDI Email addresses are operational, messages will be automatically sent out when there are EDI affidavits available for you to work with in Broadcast. You’ll receive one or both of the following messages:
Electronic affidavits were received and are available for accepting in EDI Affidavit Entry/Match.
Electronic affidavits were received and are available for correction in EDI Affidavit Correction.
To set up e-mail addresses, select EDI | EDI Email Addresses.
Select a number from the drop down and click the Add icon to add rows for each e-mail address you want to define.
Type the full e-mail address in each field you’ve added.
Click the Save icon.
