When you request the Purchased vs Detected Report or the Affidavit vs Detected Report you may save it to a CSV (spreadsheet) file instead of printing it. Follow the steps for requesting the report, clicking the Next icon instead of clicking <Submit>. When the Column Selection window displays, follow these steps.
Select the columns of data to be included in the spreadsheet file:
Click the check box next to each column to be included.
-Or-
Click the Select All icon to select all columns. You may then exclude any specific column by clicking the check box to remove the check.
Click the Next icon to display the selected data.
To create the CSV file, click the Export to spreadsheet button. For additional instructions see Saving to CSV.
