When the change occurs, all buys made with the old call letters are compared to buys entered under the new call letters. If there are no duplicates, all buy information is transferred to the new call letters. If duplicates are found, the buys are listed on a report but not transferred. This option will preserve all historical information and allow past ratings to be reported under the new call letters.
To submit a call letter change, select Database | Call Letter Changes.

Key or Lookup the Station Call Letters and a band code.
Click the Next icon.
Call Letter Changes Detail Window
Use the default Change Date or key or use the Broadcast Calendar Lookup to specify a date you wish the call letter change to take effect.
Key the New Call Letters and band code.
Click the Save icon.
When you return to the Prompt Window, you can click the Inquiry button to verify that your changes are correctly scheduled to occur.
